Crossroads School, Inc. accepts students with learning differences ranging in age from Kindergarten through high school. We specifically address the educational needs of students with learning differences as well as the associated social/emotional needs.
A typical student at Crossroads is a child who has one or more learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, expressive/receptive language disorders, or auditory/visual processing disorders, as well as the learning difficulties associated with ADHD.
We have an established program for students that are classified as “Twice Exceptional” (2E), meaning they are both gifted and have a learning disability.
Some of our students have learning difficulties due to a medical condition, or have learning differences due to pre-adoption circumstances.
We are not suited for students with an emotional disturbance, a substance abuse problem, with a behavioral issue as the primary problem, nor are we designed to work with intellectually disabled students.
Crossroads School Inc. does not discriminate and admits students of any religion, race, color, gender, nationality, or ethnic origin.
